I offer online and face-to-face counselling for anger management.

Anger is a very distressing emotion which can damage relationships. Men and women can be equally angry, especially as a result of abuse or bullying. 

I work with the client to identify why they find it difficult to handle anger, which results in difficult situations for them and those around them.

We identify the source of the anger, work on finding ways to control it and learn to manage conflicts. All this re-establishes a more healthy balance of life.
